Getting started
Go to momentsphotos.co.uk/dashboard.html and sign in with the email address you used at checkout. This is where you manage everything - your QR code, missions, guest photos.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email us at hello@momentsphotos.co.uk with your name and event date, and we'll sort it straight away.
On the sign-in page click Forgot password?, enter your email and follow the link we send. If the link doesn't work (it expires after one click), simply go back to the Forgot password page and request a fresh one.
Your Welcome Pack is a personalised page at momentsphotos.co.uk/welcome/[your-slug] that contains everything your guests need — your event link, QR code, and a quick guide to using Moments. Share it via WhatsApp or email before the big day so guests know what to expect.
Tap the flag icon at the top of your event app to switch between English, Italian, Spanish, French, and German. The app remembers your choice for next time.
Your QR code
From your dashboard, click the QR code button on your event card. A styled card appears with your unique QR - click Save QR card to download it as an image.
Print it and display it at your event - on tables, on a welcome sign, in the bathrooms, on the back of the menu. The more places it's visible, the more photos you'll get.
You can also share the direct link via WhatsApp group or email for anyone who prefers that.
Yes! The saved QR card is ready to print as-is, but if you'd rather design your own, you can use any QR code generator and point it to your event URL (found on your dashboard).
Photo missions
Fun little challenges for your guests - things like "capture the first dance" or "group selfie with the couple". They're optional but add a playful element that gets more photos and keeps guests engaged.
Yes. Open your event app as host (while logged into your dashboard), go to the Admin tab, and you'll see all missions. You can add, edit or remove them freely.
Between 8 and 15 is the sweet spot. Too few feels thin, too many feels overwhelming. Include a mix of easy ones (selfies, candids) and fun ones (specific moments, group shots).
Managing guests
No. Guests just scan the QR code (or tap the link) and are in within seconds. Works on any phone - iPhone or Android.
They enter their name, email, and create a quick 4-digit PIN the first time. That's it. Takes about 30 seconds.
Yes - you set a guest password when you created your event. Guests enter it once the first time they join, then they're in for good. You can find it on your dashboard.
Yes. In the Admin tab of your event app you can delete any photo or guest. Deleted guests lose access immediately.
On the day
Photos appear in the shared album instantly. Everyone can see them in real time. You can watch your album fill up throughout the day from your dashboard or the app.
By default, guests can upload from when you set up the event until the end of the day after your event (midnight UK time). Perfect for catching morning-after uploads.
Yes. In your dashboard, click Add-ons on your event card and purchase a 7-day extension for £6.99. You can stack multiple extensions if you need more time.
Once the upload window closes, guests can no longer add new photos — but everyone can still view the full album. You can still download everything as a ZIP from the Admin tab. If you need more upload time, you can purchase a 7-day extension from your dashboard Add-ons before the window closes.
After the event
From the event app (or dashboard), click the Download all option. You'll get a ZIP file of every photo in full quality.
Your album stays fully accessible until your expiry date (event date + 30 days by default). After that, all photos are permanently deleted 30 days later — giving you a final grace period to download everything. Make sure to download before your expiry date to be safe.
Yes. From the Add-ons menu you can subscribe for £3.99/month to keep your album alive indefinitely. Cancel anytime - if you cancel, your album stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Head to your dashboard and look for the gold ✦ review button on your event card. You can leave a written review, or record a short audio or video message. We only publish testimonials with your explicit consent — tick the box if you're happy for yours to appear on our website.
Add-ons
From your dashboard, click the gold Add-ons button on your event card:
- Extend upload window - add 7 days of upload time for £6.99 (stackable)
- Guest downloads - £9.99 one-off unlock so your guests can also download all photos as a ZIP
- Keep album alive - £3.99/month subscription to prevent deletion
Yes! Guests can see a "Gift the couple more time" option in the app. For £12 they can gift you 30 extra days of album life. A lovely way for friends and family to contribute.
Troubleshooting
Check the following:
- They've registered with their email, name and PIN
- They have a working internet connection
- The upload window hasn't closed yet
- They're using a modern browser (Safari or Chrome)
If it still doesn't work, ask them to refresh the page or close and reopen their browser.
Make sure the QR is printed large enough and well-lit. If in doubt, share the direct link via text or WhatsApp as a backup.
From the Admin tab in your event app (when opened as host), you can change the couple's / host's display names, add or edit missions, and manage guests. For anything else - guest password, event date, theme - just email us and we'll sort it out.
