Yes! Moments works like a native app when added to your home screen - no App Store needed. Safari (iPhone): tap the three dots (⋯) → Share (↑) → View More → Add to Home Screen → Add. Chrome (iPhone): tap the Share button (↑) → View More → Add to Home Screen → Add. Android: tap the three dots (⋮) → Add to Home Screen. Once added, it opens full-screen just like a real app.

No. Moments is a web app - guests just scan a QR code or tap a link and they're in instantly. No App Store, no sign-up required to upload photos.

Your album stays fully active for 30 days after your event date - guests can upload and view photos throughout this period. After 30 days the album expires: you lose access to the dashboard and gallery, and all photos are permanently deleted 30 days after that. Make sure you download everything before your expiry date. Need more time? You can extend by 7 days from your dashboard for £6.99 - stackable. You can also subscribe to monthly storage extensions.

As many as they like. There's no cap on the number of photos per guest or per album - so whether you have 20 guests or 200, everyone can share as much as they want.

Yes. As the host, you can download every photo as a single ZIP file at any time from the admin panel. If you'd like your guests to be able to download the full album too, that's available as an optional add-on from your dashboard.

Yes. Your album is only accessible to people who have your unique link or QR code. It's not listed publicly anywhere, and we don't share your guests' photos with anyone.

Yes. Moments is available in English, Italian, Spanish, French, and German. Guests can switch language using the flag buttons at the top of the app. The language you choose is remembered for your next visit. The organiser dashboard and admin panel are currently in English only.

A few days after your event, you'll receive an invitation to leave a review - you can submit a written review, a voice note, or a short video. You can also leave a review at any time from your event dashboard by clicking the gold "Leave a review" button. We'll only publish it on our website if you give explicit consent when submitting.

Yes. You can create a Moments account or sign in using your Google account - just click "Continue with Google" on the sign-up or login page. This is faster than creating a separate password and keeps your account secure. Your Google password is never shared with us.

Extension add-ons are applied to your album immediately and are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law. If you have a genuine issue - for example, you purchased the wrong thing or the extension didn't work - please contact us at hello@momentsphotos.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.
